Ingredients

For 4 people.

  • 600 ml of vanilla ice cream
  • 5 teaspoons of warm pressed pumpkin oil
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds

Preparation

  1. Take the vanilla ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes to soften a bit.
  2. Arrange the ice cream in small bowls, pour pumpkin oil over it, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and serve the finished dessert.
