Ingredients

For 4 people.

  • 250 g of cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of pumpkin flour
  • 2 spoons of pumpkin oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mash the curd well with a fork, add pumpkin seeds and pumpkin oil. Mix everything well.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve the spread immediately or cover and refrigerate. Spread is a great choice for an appetizer. You can spread it on bread or crackers.
