Ingredients

For 8 persons.

  • 300 g of semolina white flour
  • 80 g of powdered sugar
  • 180 g of butter
  • 100 g of pumpkin flour
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • Lemon peel/essence
  • Marmalade
  • Dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Knead the flour, powdered sugar, butter, pumpkin flour, salt and egg in a bowl. Store the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  2. Then roll out the dough and cut any shapes out of it with molds. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. When the cookies have cooled, cover them with jam and press 2 together.
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and dip the cookies halfway into it.
