Ingredients
For 8 persons.
- 300 g of semolina white flour
- 80 g of powdered sugar
- 180 g of butter
- 100 g of pumpkin flour
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- Lemon peel/essence
- Marmalade
- Dark chocolate
Preparation
- Knead the flour, powdered sugar, butter, pumpkin flour, salt and egg in a bowl. Store the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Then roll out the dough and cut any shapes out of it with molds. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- When the cookies have cooled, cover them with jam and press 2 together.
- Melt the chocolate in a bowl over boiling water and dip the cookies halfway into it.
