Ingredients
For 8 persons.
- 250 g buckwheat flour
- 150 g of semolina flour
- 250 g of butter
- 120 g of brown sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon of rum
- a few drops of lemon juice/lemon essence
- 1 pinch of salt

Preparation
- Knead all the ingredients (except the jam) into a dough, wrap it in foil and store it in the refrigerator for an hour.
