Ingredients

For 8 persons.

  • 250 g buckwheat flour
  • 150 g of semolina flour
  • 250 g of butter
  • 120 g of brown sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of rum
  • a few drops of lemon juice/lemon essence
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Marmalade

Preparation

  1. Knead all the ingredients (except the jam) into a dough, wrap it in foil and store it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough thinly and cut out the same number of whole circles (roses) and circles (roses) with a hole in the middle.
